These experiences allowed me to build a vast international network.At Regional Arts Victoria, I managed the performing arts program, delivering over 70 national tours and 100 Victorian state tours, supporting 700 artists and crew, reaching 1.5 million patrons, and contributing over $16 million to regional communities.In 2013, I undertook the Australia Council’s Emerging Leaders Development Programme, where I honed my leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and team management strategies.Earlier in my career, I led the Blue Heeler Network, overseeing vital national touring strategies.I’m a skilled production technician and designer, collaborating on lighting, set, and audio-visual designs. As a theatre-maker and director, I’ve helped devise captivating performances enjoyed by thousands.
