Achievements: I successfully established all systems, processes and policies for internal office and facilities logistics, communications, travel and social requirements – always fostering an efficient and motivational environment for all staff. I also developed and maintained strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. I smoothly led the landlord relationship and managed maintenance requirements for the brand new 20,000 sq. ft. office. This included a successful acquisitional audit on physical security, health, and safety which I was solely responsible for despite having no prior experience.Achieved by: Leveraging knowledge from online and within the company to quickly learn and adapt in a corporate environment. I raised €17,500 by managing and motivating 80+ staff in a month-long extra-curricular charity campaign in the store. Achieved by: Consistently having a flexible and can-do attitude to customer queries and complaints. Being a team-player and always pushing the boundaries of my abilities and encouraging others to do the same. Being able to quickly pick up tasks such as computer software, delegation, phone and email dealings and establishing and utilizing professional connections. I was able to build instantaneous connections at the front door of a strangers home by being genuine, building trust, appealing for help and making a transaction that made both parties feel good. I overcame rejection 100+ times each day and learnt to problem solve and be resilient.
