My primary task is to promptly and accurately assist boaters with accidental incidents to their boats. I am the first point of contact for 1st party, property claims. As a part of the process, I review estimates, damage appraisals, surveyor reports, and policy language to determine if coverage is in place for the insured. I also coordinate and dispatch salvage/towing for land and water emergencies.
