I am currently studying at the University of Waikato and working part-time at MilkTestNZ as IT. Double majoring in computing science, and Molecular & Cellular biology. I have extensive experience in a range of computer application such as video editing software (Adobe Premiere & Final Cut Pro), computer graphic design & animation (Blender & Unity).In my study of computing science and in my current role I have gain many valuable skill for industrial working . Including front end development (Desktop GUI development on Windows & Mac with C# and Swift UI, Mobile GUI development on Android & IOS with Java/Kotlin & Swift), back end development (Framework, library, API development), database development & application (relational database design & maintainers, access privilege setup), 3D/VR application development (Unity, Unreal), and console applications (e.g. task automation with Azure power shell, data formatting, and algorithm optimisation).In my study of Molecular & Cellular biology I have refined my laboratory skill and extensive know in biology. My main specialisation is in bioinformatics & genetics, skills involve DNA/RNA extraction, DNA Sequencing (Sanger & NGS), RNAseq (transcriptome), comparative analysis, and medical genetics. My robust background in modern biochemistry & organic chemistry allows for a comprehensive understanding of molecular events , and provide insight & analysis to phenomena at at molecular & cellular level. I also interested in evolutionary biology and how much can genome sequencing tell us about the phylogenetic background & variation at the time existed.In my current role as an IT professional, I have gain many valuable skill from my tutor and self learning. Including hardware management, software installation & upgrades, network & domain management, security measures, user & computer management, task automation, project management, and user communication.
