Hello, I'm Kanika and I graduated with an Honors degree in English from CHRIST University, Bengaluru and continued on to complete my PG Diploma in Liberal Studies (Young India Fellowship) from Ashoka University, Sonepat.Until recently, I worked as a Learning Consultant at NIIT USA Inc, Atlanta. My role entailed high-level project management for the tasks assigned, liaising between the Consulting and Advisory Services and other departments at NIIT to cater to client learning needs, curated content for customers on a need-basis, and found gaps in training requirements from the client's side that could be filled by NIIT's expertise.I am also a small-business owner at KriyaByKanika which started out as an online venture to fill in time during the 2020 pandemic and has now become a safe space for my thoughts and creativity to come to fruition. I create unique journals and canvas photo frames and also customise them according to the customer's vision. I do hope one day to make Kriya into a large-scale enterprise!I enjoy cooking, writing, listening to music, going for drives with my younger brother and also wish to carve out some time to fall back into the habit of reading :)I hope to grow and learn and leave a mark wherever I go!
