• Having 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment domain.• I am a part of Talent Acquisition Group in HCL. • Responsible for collecting the open demand from delivery and then start working on each and every vacant position and try to close it TAT. • Share the resources with the Delivery & after getting the shortlisting. • I am responsible to schedule the interviews of shortlisted candidates with mapped panels against them as per their availability. • Maintaining the track record of each and every candidate in a tracker whether they are Rejected, Selected or on Hold After the Selection of the particular resource.• I am taking care of getting all the information from the selected candidate and negotiate over the Expected CTC and releasing the offer after document & BGV verification. • Handle candidates queries through mails and via calls. • Involved in campus hiring.
