Assist with the oversight of SAS programming personnel, including hiring, managing personnel matters, and conducting performance evaluations for relevant staff. • Assist with resource allocation and with the development of business proposals related to Biostatistics and Data Standardization. • Serve as the programming lead on projects, as appropriate, while developing and maintaining a close liaison with client contacts, SAS programmers, biostatisticians, and project managers to drive the programmatic aspect of project delivery. • Support the direction, motivation, and oversight of programming resources (internal and external) for timely delivery of all programming deliverables. • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs for validation of SAS programs used for the purpose of statistical reporting of clinical studies.
