Managed and designed strategic Annual Fund Campaign, including direct mail appeals, email appeals, telefundraising, joint fundraising campaigns, the Annual Report, donor newsletters and employee giving.Analyzed results for maximum revenue. Managed relationships with approximately 25 donors and prospective donors and identified, qualified, cultivated, solicited and stewarded these very important alumnae and friends of the college. Worked collaboratively with and in support of volunteers, other development and advancement staff, and other College representatives to cultivate and solicit donors for college-wide priorities.Managed and executed in conjunction with the advancement staff multiple major events. Maintained vendor and sponsor relationships to ensure continued support. Performed prospect research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants .Responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources.

Successfully completed Telemarketing and Telefundraising Campaigns for The Brooklyn Museum, Long Wharf Theater, The Pennsylvania Ballet, New York City Opera, and The National Symphony Orchestra and The Seattle Symphony. Managed all aspects of the campaign including goal setting, recruitment, motivation and training of employees, Effectively communicates with clients to make sure needs and expectations are met, Continually creates new strategies for an effective campaign.

Helped raise 5.6 million dollars at Rutgers University for scholarships and other various programs at the university in FY 2005, played an active role in the continuous cultivation of old and new donors, was promoted twice in three years, responsible for supervision and training of 80-100 Student development officers and 19 Student Supervisors as well as Assistant Director and Office Manager, wrote several Annual Fund letters, and scripts for various segmentations, produced various materials for use by the department which included but is not limited to marketing materials and direct mail pieces, Met with Deans and Development Directors regularly to strategize for individual campaigns and to create realistic goals and training materials, Contributed to Annual Fund’s Donor Newsletter.

Responsible for marketing and listing of events in Dance, Music, Visual Arts and Theater Arts, responsible for arranging all aspects of each production including hospitality, created and designed marketing and print materials and assisted in press release production and created a clipping file of school related articles.
