Has been an Orgnaization Tranasaformation consultant for last 20 years . Some of my client organizations are Tata Chemicals , Tata Power , Tata Steel ( E&P) ) , Yara India (International) etc . My quest has been , how can we help people & organizations to embrace change willingly . Just completed PhD thesis based on organizational action reserach in three organizations from 2014 till 2020. I was engaged in Inquiry for last 7yrs , to explore how the indiividuals and groups change volitionally , catalysed by change interventions. Findings validate that the learning interventions have actually potentiated Transformative Learning in the learners . Also study substantiates, learning interventions have been able to trigger Intra -subjective Dialogic actvity leading to intentional chnage or self - authoring. With this, research based evidence I have been able to establish, learning cum self dialogic pathways , evolved over last 20 yrs of my practice, scientifically conforms wtih theories of Transformative learning (Jack meziorw ) and Dialogic Self theory ( Hubert Hermans ). Now , through this research , it is possible to design interventions that can help individuals & groups to make choices and particpate in change process willingly, in any contexts
