ISABS ODCP has been instrumental in leading and changing the OD landscape, being the first to initiate the ODCP program more than a decade ago. Today this program has an alumini group of 100 plus. Some of our alumni are from organizations like; Philips, Zensar, VFS Global, Firstsourse, Raymonds, ABP News, Reliance Energy, ACG Worldwide and many more. ODCP- a unique offering of ISABS, accelerates the capacity and competence of internal and external change agents. This certification programme has its grounding in developing Human Process competencies along with a deeper understanding of Organizational Systems that uniquely meets the competency needs of change management professional in various spheres such as - HR, OD, Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders and more... The faculty comprises of some of the leading OD professionals in India who are professional members of ISABS and other renowned OD professionals from our national and international linkages.
