Retail tower for AT&T Mobility interfaces with retail customers via OPUS platform including Retail, Business and Consumer Care variants. These applications are used in the 3000+ retail stores of AT&T Mobility, vendors like Walmart and Best Buy that sell services for AT&T Mobility, wireline, DTV etc. The program was designed to increase throughput, reduce cost, optimal utilization of skill of current staff, leverage knowledge base of TechM and provide flexibility to business to deliver mission critical projects.
