Reporting to all Credit Bureaus for all active & disbursed cases with exposure on monthly anddaily basis.▪ Solve Customer & Branch disputes related to customer’s credit report.▪ Maintain all required MIS’s for reporting in CIC’s and NESL.▪ Manage and Handling Individual and Non-Individual CKYC process (Central Know yourcustomer) of all Bank segment like Assets, liabilities, AU QR, AU ABHI etc.▪ Manual direct upload in Cersei portal of Consumer and Commercial CKYC cases.▪ Bulk Search in Cersei portal and get CKYC number. ▪ CKYC cases are first uploaded on Cersei portal through Miscot DB then rejected cases are uploaded directly on Cersei portal.▪ Conducted performance tests on products to analyze usability, functions and required improvements.▪ Monthly reporting in NESL (National E-Governance Service Limited) of all Bank product like MSME, CV, Auto Loan, Home Loan, OD etc.▪ Closely monitored productions, processes, and operations to determine improvements required, making suggestions to manager.▪ Daily monitoring and follow up of pending cases of CKYC from application owner.
