Global Sales And Business Development Director
Current- Responsible for Kale P&L, oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and all business ventures.- Managing totally over +XX M€ Turnover, Maintenance EBITDA/Revenue health ratio with managing S&OP.- Direct report to Managing Director, leading all Commercial Activities of the company (Sales of two divisions Automotive and Non-Automotive; Industrial (Marine, Agriculture, Machinery), Whole-store, Kanban, Traditional Trade, Business Development Channels and E-Commerce) - Establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders - Serving 250+ Automotive & Industrial clients and retailers (OEM's, Tier 1 Companies, and all global manufacturers) - Achieved %XX and %XX growth in 2022 and 2023 respectively - Managing the Sales Budget with a team consist of Key Account Managers and Executives. - Responsible for executing the Commercial Strategic Roadmap for the company; “5-year master plan. - Built relations and established cooperation with local partners in EU countries, UK, France, CZ, Poland, and Germany. Country development - Germany: Identified company's Germany Strategy to improve business with aftermarket.
