Through EXEC magazine, we help e-commerce executives make strategic decisions. Several times a year, we provide insights into the business of big e-commerce, facts, discussions on global trends and other information necessary for success in one of the fastest growing economies.Since 2016, we have published 10 issues so far, which have been popular not only with thousands of readers but also with the judges of several professional competitions.

JA Alumni Europe in an umbrella organization for national JA Alumni organizations across Europe. Its mission is to provide former participants of JA programs with further experience and opportunities, encourage them to deepen their passion for entrepreneurship and build international network of like-minded people. It currently consists of 10.000+ members from 20+ countries.• Responsible for strategic planning & milestone setting, as well as representing the network on international business events.• At this time focusing on increasing the impact & value of the network, while fostering current partnerships and working to establish new ones.

Coming up with innovations and bringing them to life is the biggest value I was providing to JA Czech. As a BDM I had a great opportunity to communicate the mission of JA and its importance in entrepreneurial education to number of companies on national level. Taking care of present partners, communication with new ones, were, hand in and with event & project management, the pillars of my work and contribution for JA.

One of the most popular Czech e-commerce conferences. Its 10th edition will take place in 2023. During that time, it has welcomed over 5,000 participants and 200 speakers, including from companies such as Alza, Notino, Kytary, Ruzový Slon, Ovečkárna, Grizly, and others. It enjoys great popularity with its attendees - for example, in 2016 the first 100 tickets disappeared in 3 seconds, and the NPS in 2020 was 83.

KPI Group was founded in 2010 as a JA Student Company in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It consisted of 15 students. During one school year we managed to develop, promote and sell our unique product - P-work. P-work is a useful gadget that allows its users to work with laptop while walking. This product was awarded as the most innovative business idea at the Company of the Year Competition in 2011. KPI Group also became the best JA Student Company in the Czech Republic and had a great opportunity to represent our country in the European finals in Oslo.
