Project Associate, Child And Family Well-Being
CurrentChild and Family Well-Being Project Associate at APHSA, supporting state and local human service agencies in moving upstream implementing innovative cross-sector policies and practices. Provide project management to multiple projects; develop workplans, coordinate meetings, submit reports to funders, and engage various stakeholders. Present at conferences and represent the organization at partner events. Develop written products, including policy briefs and other digital products driven by survey data from health and human services agencies. Provide project support for research projects related to child welfare prevention, program access, and including lived experts in research and evaluation.Lead the economic and concrete supports community of practice, focusing on cross sector collaboration to prevent child welfare involvement. Serve as project manager for the economic and concrete supports national convening, to develop a national strategy around child welfare prevention. Support the child care team in technical assistance for child care administrators through our equitable access to child care subsidy policy workshops. Support 2 small projects focused on cross-system alignment around children's behavioral health.Co-led the System Alignment for Young Families project with economic mobility and wellbeing project associate. Supported technical assistance to state and local agencies. Co-led community of practice that includes developing presentations, facilitating learning sessions, and identifying experts to discuss strategies on aligning human services programs.Engage in thought leadership as 21st Century Research Agenda & Forum for Youth Investment Building Ecosystems for Thriving Youth National Steering Committee member. Hiring panel member for 2 internal roles.
