- Developed a web application with ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI and KnockoutJS that manages the daily lifecycle of all TV commercials to ensure accurate billing and FCC compliance. The system has saved over 6 man hours a day by simplifying user processes, automated reporting, and a large decline in human error. - Architected and developed the current C# based on-air ticker system under strict deadlines that delivers critical information to millions of viewers across Ohio. The tickers include displaying severe weather alerts, breaking news, and school closings at the bottom of the screen.- Built and maintained various internal desktop and web applications using PHP or C# with a MS SQL backend. These applications supported on-air production needs including systems for automated live video streaming, the school closings phone-in system, and processing of incoming weather data.

- Designed a system to reliably and efficiently stream broadcast quality video throughout Ohio for 10TV’s statewide news sister station saving the company $40,000 a month in satellite costs during the course of the project.- Re-architected and streamlined the data flow of all election information that was paramount in 10TV being first on-air with results several years running. The new design greatly improved overall reliability.- Scripted the automatic installation and setup of all typical company software for 100 new computers during a hardware refresh which saved over 2 hours of labor per computer.- Implemented a network management system that monitored server health to ensure the up-time of the critical news and on-air systems and allow for quick problem resolutions.

- Assisted on a team porting a legacy ASP.NET application to a new mobile-friendly responsive MVC project.- Built out the initial framework and functionality for a native cross platform mobile application for iOS,Android, and Windows Phone using Xamarin.

- Assisted the call center by providing maintenance of computer and printing equipment.- Audited and imported all files received from clients and initiated/monitored daily processes.
