Key projects delivered: - Led a consulting project for a digital bank in South Korea as part of pre-IPO, work include customer analysis and market research on banking landscape in the country, assessment of business opportunities, and formulating growth and expansion strategies for the bank based on emerging technologies trends.- Co-led a team to drive a consulting project for a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia to review and benchmark Malaysia’s critical occupation lists; proposed improvements & changes to the research design and the national skills framework; supported in UI/UX design and implemented a dashboard for data visualization and track changes on the critical occupation lists.- Conducted a digital roadmap formulation for a government agency in one of the ASEAN countries to improve electronic transactions in the country; conducted benchmarking against best practices, gap analysis and recommended digital strategies into the roadmap based on emerging technologies trends.- Supported in the development of a business model and business case for a subsidiary under a multi-modal public transport operator in Singapore to set up a new business line of providing co-working space in several flagship MRT stations in Singapore, which include recommendations for go-to-market strategies based on customer analytics.- Supported in formulating a new business plan for a Telco client in ASEAN, includes marketing and go-to-market strategies post-rebranding, and customer experience pieces. - Contributed additional revenue of over USD$200,000 to the company through project delivery within my role and scopes of the consulting projects, and proactively supported new business development worth USD$100,000 in the past 2 years.
