Participated in schematic design, historical preservation design hearings, and beginning phases ofdesign development for renovations to Frederick Douglass High School and Joseph C. Briscoe Academy Addition. - Used Revit to design custom precast concrete window trim on the exterior of the building, edited elevations and floor plans, and worked on sections of the proposed building for presentations. - Assisted in surveying interior and exterior spaces of the existing Frederick Douglass High School. - Prepared multiple presentation materials for clients, community meetings, and historical preservation hearings, and documented meeting notes for follow up communication. Participated in design development for Willow Springs Elementary School renovation. - Ordered samples (carpet wall coverings for folding panel partitions, carpet tile, vinyl composition tile, etc) for Willow Springs ES and Dunn Loring ES Interior (Final Finishes). - Added viewpoints to Enlarged Equipment Plans in Willow Springs ES to show both interior room elevations and plans and required equipment. - Assigned equipment tags to fixtures in section and plan views for classrooms, staff and administration rooms, and miscellaneous rooms. - Worked on Finish Floor Plans in Revit, added materials to first and second elevations.Put together a collage of finished renderings for clients and marketing purposes of a newly completed City Hall.

Participated in schematic design and beginning phases of design development for renovations to Willow Springs Elementary School. - Used Revit to work on Demolition, New Work, Ceiling and RCP, and Enlarged plans. - Conducted and documented a site visit of Willow Springs Elementary School to survey the exterior of the current building before demolition. - Created a Mock-Up panel wall for an insulation wall in a nearly finished Fire Station, ordered FRP samples for client review, and supported architects with design changes.
