While being committed to maintaining the highest performance standards and adapting to a diverse range of requirements, I believe in always trying to continuously improve and expand my knowledge. With excellent organizational and communication skills, an outstanding work ethic, and the ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments, I am dedicated to exceeding expectations in any environment. I have successfully completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the Army National Guard, received two promotions, and was chosen as an Honor Graduate for both schools along with nomination for Distinguished Honor Graduate, which led me to receive the Army Achievement Medal. After completion of training, I began pursuing my BSBA degree at Clarion University along with advancing and working on improvement at my current position as a Supplier Quality Analyst at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
