Hi! I’m a marriage and family therapist and a drama therapist candidate. I believe in the power of connection and communication. Just like artists bring creativity, intuition, and emotion to express their craft, I believe that therapists and clients should feel free to bring these same elements into the therapeutic space.After completing my BFA in the Theatre Arts and working in the field for many years, I received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy with Drama Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. I bring over a decade of experience as an educator, facilitator, performer, director, and manager to Sea and Create Therapy.I quite like wearing many hats! In addition to being a therapist and artist, I am also a mediocre gardener, an enthusiastic pet-owner, a bit of a nerd, and a human being who also regularly attends therapy.
