With over 9 years of experience in higher education and student affairs, I am currently the Associate Director of Employer Engagement at The Life Design Lab at Homewood - Johns Hopkins University. In this role, I develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers across various industries, and create and facilitate innovative programs and events that connect students with meaningful opportunities and career exploration. I also serve as a life design educator, coaching and mentoring students on how to apply the life design framework and tools to their academic, personal, and professional journeys. Previously, I was the Assistant Director of Competitive Sports at Loyola University Maryland, where I managed and supervised the intramural and club sports programs, and promoted student wellness, leadership, and community. I hold an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and a master's degree in higher education administration from North Carolina State University. I am skilled in office administration, team building, and leadership development, and I am passionate about helping students and employers discover and design their lives. I am also fluent in English and American Sign Language, and I am a certified personal trainer and lifeguard. I value collaboration, creativity, and diversity, and I am eager to contribute to the mission and vision of The Life Design Lab at JHU.
