As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in being a leader by example.With 7 years of experience in HR, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2015, I have been employed in HR management working in health care, manufacturing and most recently in talent acquisition. During the course of my career, I have gained a breadth of invaluable experience. This includes empathy, effective communication, customer service and attention to detail, as well critical thinking skills and dependability. These experiences enabled me to provide a high level professional experience for my peers and business partners alike.
