I am a dependable, empathetic, and compassionate person who thrives when helping others. I enjoy stepping back and looking at the 'big picture' and then strategically honing in on the small pieces that create it. I have a growth mindset and always welcome different points of view and perspectives. I value reliability, open communication, and collaboration. In my roles as a Health Coach and Counselor, I created a safe space for my clients to share their challenges and successes. We worked together to identify goals and explore the different ways to achieve those goals- and ultimately helped them to feel (and be) empowered. While I (along with others in helping professions) flourish when coaching clients, I recognize that my own well-being plays a very important role in my ability to do that. In order to support my own wellness as well as my colleagues, I served as a Wellness Advocate and shared resources, and hosted events to help promote team wellness. I am open and excited for new opportunities and connections in the health and wellness industry.
