I started as a call center agent taking call, assisting members with placing orders, paying bills and assisting with general questions. I moved up to trainer and assisted new agents in how to take the calls, I then moved to supervisor where I had 20 agents under me where I had to grade their calls, coach my agents on what to improve on and any changes or updates happening, I would also have to keep up with my agents to make sure they came in for their scheduled shift, as well as answer emails.
