Sordoni-Robinson Landowner Group, thru Homeland Energy Ventures LLC, represents landowners in their efforts to secure a gas lease. Sordoni-Robinson, is led by Jack Sordoni CEO of Homeland Energy Ventures, LLC and Mr. Sordoni negotiates exclusively on their behalf, with gas and oil companies, interested in leasing land for development in the Marcellus Shale in Northeastern PA. (Homeland, and Mr. Sordoni, are also very involved in the Utica Shale play in Ohio.) I am the representative for Fairmount, Sugarloaf, and Ross Twp. (Luzerne-Columbia Counties) And act as a liasion between our landowners & Homeland Energy Ventures. (Homeland represents landowners in PA and OH in both the Marcellus and Utica shale plays.) I am responsible for making landowners aware of all the opportunities and experience Mr. Sordoni offers and signing new landowners to our group. Answering any questions or concerns landowners have before, during and more importantly, after the leasing process is a priority. I am also responsible for making sure Mr. Sordoni is aware of any and all activity and important developments in our leasing areas there for helping him to be one step ahead in negotiating a gas and oil lease for our landowners . I represent Mr. Sordoni by speaking to groups of landowners and hunting clubs and making landowners aware of the invaluable services Mr. Sordoni provides.
