About Kara Case

21 years in Treasury Services working for financial industries (FI) involved in all areas of the product roadmap, from customer service to complex treasury implementation for several top 500 companies, to treasury sales and most recently supporting financial industries from a SaaS vendor relationship side. Two of these FI’s are included in the top four banks of the United States.My treasury management career path after having a successful stint as a Treasury Management Sales Officer, has included facilitating conversions / migration activities for focus on integration coordination of their cash management customers and new product lines that were going to be supported using both waterfall and agile methodology, which includes Business Requirement Documentation as well as Epics and user stories.My path from working directly for financial industries moved to supporting those same and additional large to regional size companies implementing new (out of the box) treasury management software to fit the needs and budgets of our clients as a vendor relationship solution. In my most recent role, led the overall conversion / migration of approximately 15,000 clients (40,000 users) from one treasury management platform to the new vendor SaaS platform, with the business as well as the technical teams to ensure implementation of new functionality was successful.
