I entered into this job knowing that the resort was up for sale. I was charged with marketing, promoting and selling as much real estate inventory as I could prior to the completion of the sale. I launched an aggressive and active winter campaign in an extremely unfavorable real estate market. We were able to sell a large percentage of the available inventory prior to the sale from Intrawest.
