Responsible for collaborating with academic and administrative partners in development of a 5-year IT Strategic Plan and Governance model.

Reporting directly to the CIO and serving as a member of the CIS senior leadership team with responsibility for developing long and short-term department goals. Direct responsibility for CIS teams that support faculty, staff and students use of technology at Brown – the Help Desk; Software Licensing; Hardware Services; Telecommunications and Desktop.
