As Head of People, Culture and Quality, I lead the continued development of organisational culture, establishing quality management systems, development programmes, and sustainable initiatives to help employees thrive in their roles.I have a passion for people and creating spaces built on inclusivity and a sense of belonging. With 10+ years’ of experience, I have helped uplift people and organisations toward their full potential across the health, social, justice, engineering, manufacturing, and education spaces. I’ve accomplished this by taking a holistic approach to organizational culture, covering everything from quality systems to sustainability, health and safety, auditing, and human resources.In addition to ensuring employee development and assisting institutions with meeting their contractual and regulatory requirements, I am driven by helping Kaupapa Māori organisations towards positive outcomes for whānau and communities. In addition to receiving a Master of Quality Systems, I am currently studying towards an Executive Master of Business Administration at Massey University, furthering my commitment to continuous improvement.Working for an organisation that shares the same values, visions, and passions is the bedrock of any successful collaboration.
