Manage all operations of the Tsai Performance Center, a multi-use theater at Boston University. Beyond academic classes, Tsai hosts a variety of events from lectures to orchestra concerts to dance productions to student shows. Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, client management, communications, & production. Manage multiple websites for Events & Conferences using WordPress as CMS. Serve as senior leadership within Events & Conferences and provide technical support and guidance to department. Oversaw Student Production Services (SPS) which provides technical (lighting, sound, and media) support to student events held at various campus facilities, with one FTE and up to 35 student employees. Festival stage manager for in-house external events including Deaf Youth Drama Festivals, Seattle International Children’s Festival, Bumbershoot (music), & Northwest Folklife Festival.

Oversee all aspects of production for 10 regional tours, including contracting/training personnel of 30 actors & crew, managing payroll, budgeting, renting rehearsal studios and equipment, booking accommodations, planning air and ground transportation, and scheduling rehearsals and auditions.
