As the Group Director of Learning and Development at Pulse Hotels & Resorts, I oversee the training and development of over 800 employees across four resorts in the Maldives: The Nautilus (Ultra-Luxury), Kandima (Affordable Lifestyle) , Nova (Soft-Luxury) and our most recent launch Eriyadu Island Resort. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, wellness, quality, and sustainability in every aspect of our service delivery.I have a proven track record of designing and executing innovative and effective learning programs that enhance the skills, performance, and satisfaction of our staff and guests. Some of my notable achievements include winning the Talent Development & Culture Leader (L&D Manager) of the Year 2014 for Starwood South Asia, obtaining multiple certifications in 7-Star Service, Butler Training, Covid-19 New Normal Training, Industrial Fire Brigade, Marine Rescue, and First Aid.
