I am a PGDM (HRM) student at XLRI Jamshedpur, with a strong background in mechanical engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and Indo Swiss Training Centre. I am passionate about learning and applying new technologies and practices in the field of human resources management, such as artificial intelligence, process automation, and human resources information systems.Currently, I am working as a summer intern at ICICI Prudential, one of the leading life insurance companies in India, where I am involved in various projects related to HR Tech Revamp. I am also a CV 9.0 mentor at Azucation, which provides career guidance and mentorship to MBA Aspirants. In addition, I was part of the organizing team at SAPPHIRE, the annual HR conclave at XLRI, where I helped coordinate and execute various events and activities for the participants and speakers.My academic and professional experiences have enhanced my analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as my ability to work effectively in teams and handle diverse and complex situations.
