As the Director Of Transportation at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, I lead a team of about 300 associates and manage the delivery of more than 180 million cases of beverages annually. I am responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our transportation operations, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation across our network.With over ten years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence, I have a passion for solving complex problems and creating value for people, products, and processes. I have successfully implemented multiple projects and initiatives that have improved productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, such as optimizing routes, reducing fuel consumption, and enhancing fleet performance. I also have strong skills in product development, project management, and SAP, which enable me to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.
