Worked with MetrixLab (formerly MarketTools Research Pvt. Ltd.) since June 2018 as a “Sourcing Manager” for pre-sales and execution support in qualitative as well as quantitative projects from across the globe. Providing in-depth analysis and overview of feasibility and planning involved right from inception stage of a project as well as end-to-end execution of the research as needed by client. In turn also ensuring that best data quality and service standards are always met along with higher margins to ensure profitability for the company. This involves working seamlessly with panel suppliers and teams from different organizations, client directors, end-clients and in-house departments too.

Worked with Toluna India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon since May 2016 to June 2018 as a “Project Manager” for the APAC Field Management Team handling end to end market research projects. Ensuring proper planning and feasibility sharing, field execution, sampling, project management, resource deployment, monitoring and timely data delivery to the client. Coordinating with a geographically and culturally diverse team across the globe. Working closely with survey programming, database operations, vendor management, client servicing, etc. teams to get the job done in time per quality standards.

Worked with BT Global Business Services Ltd. since April 2015 to May 2016 as an “Associate Consultant” for resolving incident tickets arising in the due course of broadband and landline connection orders. Coordinating with site engineers and helping them perform maintenance and other technical activities on the lines.

Worked with BA Continuum India Private Limited, Gurgaon from June 2013 to April 2015 as a “Subject Matter Expert” training and mentoring the new hired batches and maintaining their daily, weekly/monthly KRA data and sending out reports to higher and middle management for reviewing their progress data and trends.

Worked at Wipro Ltd., New Delhi as a “Senior Analyst” from November 2009 to April 2013 for our client Orange Business Services for the purpose of Data refining and de-duplication through MS Excel. Transformation of raw data into structured and stipulated formats according to client requirements. Using vlookup, hlookup, advanced filters, conditional formatting, running macros. Client calibration calls and handling complex data structures.
