• Working with the SAP B1 MRP module to ensure that the warehouse is stocked according to the company’s budget and minimize on over & under stocking.• Coordinate in containers offloading counter checking that all items are received according to the packing list; and ensuring that all items are placed in their proper bin location while documenting the same.• Warehouse space creation for proper utilization of the warehouse space and creating space availability for new consignments.• Itemized bin location for proper stores arrangement for faster location of items in the stores. The bin location is incorporated in the SAP and displayed on the picking list.• Warehouse housekeeping; which involves placing of similar items in one place according to the vehicles models.• Coordinate in the ware house ‘FIFO’ dispatch over the counter as well as upcountry order packing; which involves packing items in crates and sending the same with transporters raising waybills for every customers consignment.• Documenting of faulty & broken windscreens, removing them from their bin location placing them in a centralized position pictures taken and sent to the insurance company to start the process of settlement. The windscreens are then removed from SAP after authorization.• Ensure that the warehouse is properly marked and proper security/safety measures are taken in the daily to daily operations of the warehouse.• Coordinate for the perpetual stock take for the first moving items and proper actions taken after the stock variance report is made.• Coordinate a quarterly wall to wall stock take a stock variance report made and the variances adjusted in SAP in a timely way to keep both the physical stock in line with the SAP stocks.• Ensure that all items credits notes are counter checked with the returned items and the same stamped with ‘Goods returned to store” rubber stamp and counter signed by the stores in charge.

Overlook on the general running of the IT Department.• SAP B1 2x application client installation and troubleshooting, SAP B1 Version 9.1 user support and training in the following modules; Having hands-on experience on the following areas:- ADMINISTRATION: Exchange rate & indexes, setup, system initialization, financials, utilities (period end closing), approval procedures & Add-ons.- FINANCIALS: Chart of Accounts, edit chart of accounts, journal entry, journal voucher, recurring postings, reversal transactions, exchange rate difference, Internal reconciliation, budget setup & cost accounting.- SALES A/R: Sales orders, Delivery, Returns, A/R invoice, A/R Credit Memo, Dunning Wizard.- PURCHASING A/P: Purchase order, Goods Receipt PO, Goods Return, A/P Invoice, A/P credit Memo & landed Costs.- BUSINESS PARTNERS: Business Partners Master Data, Internal reconciliations.- BANKING: Incoming Payments, Outgoing Payments, Bank Statements and external reconciliation.- MATERIAL MANAGEMENT: Item Master Data, Inventory Transactions & Price Lists.- PRODUCTION: BOM Creation, Production Order, Receipt from Production, Issue for Production.- MRP Wizard.- REPORTS; Running reports for all the above modules for decision making• Daily auditing of transactions made in SAP B1.

Management of the IT Department. Making of the IT budget incorporated in the companies main budget, Liaising with vendors both hardware and software. Co-ordination of Antivirus upgrades and general IT security of the company. Coordination of both the IT infrastructure and network design of the company. Coordination of strict Passwords policy implementation and follow-up. Coordination of data back-up. Liaising with Departmental heads on the smooth running of their departments, and ensure that the data entered from each department is Real time and accurate. . Informing Management of new IT trends.

PAYROLL:- Payroll creation of 250 employees both Management and Union Staff.- Preparation of Payroll by the 25th of every month to enable salaries to be credited in employee's bank accounts on time.- Biometric data TA MASTER used for both payroll and overtime pay.- Allocation of employee’s deductions both monthly and annually as per requirement.- Preparation of the salaries bank transfer list in excel and emailed to the bank.- Submission of all employees’ statutory reports.- Monthly preparation of the Payroll JV submitted to the finance department- Liaison with the banks for issues that may arise in the salaries remittance. - Coordination of the casual wages creation.
