Led the North India region's turnaround by adding INR 4500 Cr+ revenue potential through equity based partnerships, scaling up the team size by 10x; built a robust pipeline of an additional INR 4000 Cr in revenue potential; forged alliances with key development partners; preserved business returns through strategic initiatives; and strengthened the due-diligence processes.

Involved in devising business expansion and growth strategies at GPL North Zone through evaluation, structuring and on-boarding of Joint Venture transactions. Also handled end-to-end project management for GPL's projects across North Zone, where I managed P/L for projects with revenues of over INR 2000 Cr (300 Mn USD), and served as strategic advisor and internal consultant to senior management. My role encompassed due-diligence, transaction advisory, JVP relationship management, sales strategy, product launch, business planning, business feasibility and optimization, financial modelling and critical problem-solving.
