Karan is a corporate lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in the legal industry. His practice centers around domestic and cross border transactions along with providing regulatory and general corporate advice.On the transactions side, he focuses on venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and structured finance. Karan has led numerous headline transactions for marquee clients, across these practice areas. His advisory experience is broad based, ranging from innovating novel structures for debt, equity and hybrid investments to advising clients on commercial, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
