Worked as a production engineer in Kaizen Switchgear Products. In there I have to plan for tool loading and unloading as per given time schedule and production targets. Apart from this in order to ensure proper quality output, I have to plan the corrections to be carried out in dies. To execute corrections required in tools I have to interact with the CNC department. On the other hand I have to contact other group companies for the purpose of borrower of tools to finish casting before target date. Daily calibration of bolt and preventive maintenance of Machines and dies. I have to co-ordinate with purchase department for the purchasing of rods, new bolts etc.
