Responsible for managing P&L and annual operation plan management for business yields, cost of acquisition and overall product profitability for emerging affluent segment cards

• Worked in ICICI bank as Product Manager Debit Card • Launched series of new revenue lines in coordination with network partners – fee-based debit card, transit/ETC tag solutions, sponsorship model for cooperatives banks, Pre-paid & Debit card one card solution, in-ward remittance on card platform and Aadhaar based authentication solution for business correspondence models.• Open new product line with launch of RuPay platform and managed end to end setup/implementation• P&L and annual operation plan management for business yields, cost of acquisition and overall product profitability • Managed both issuing and acquiring business in government-initiated programs – PUNGRAIN / HSAMB which lead to higher CASA growth which required working with regional sales team• Work with technology teams managing switch and card management system along network partners for development/modification of the systems for implementation technology initiatives such as HCE solution, transit solution, UPI etc.

 Worked as a Business analyst responsible for Gap Analysis, Client Interaction and interaction with the development and testing teams for designing the application. Rich and diversified international experience through leading and working in cross-functional teams from different organizations and nationalities. Managed service delivery, quality assurance, client management, training, and `Turn Around Time’ Related functions as per SLA. Was Involved in recruitment, training and mentoring for acquisition of fresh talent while managing new process setup and transition. Maintained KRA Report for team members on weekly & monthly basis & coordinated with reporting manager pertaining to the same. Identified training needs through quality checks, gaps & conducted programs to enhance operational efficiency of the entire team. Conceptualized & implemented strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensured adherence to all the set parameters to enhance the efficiency of various aspects of the service delivery cycle. Made use of Microsoft Project Planner for cost analysis and resource planning. Was responsible to prepare monthly forecasting, resource utilization and schedule variance reports. Was responsible to conducted value added analysis of reports to facilitate strategy planning. Provided cost estimates for both an in-house system and a market system serving same functionality as a part of Market research responsibility.  Lead 3 member team for Indian in implementation of internal finance request web based system in Europe. Member of the new quality process ASO (A Small Request) implementation team and provided valuable inputs. Had a good track record in building strong professional relationships with executive management. Clear understanding of interfaces between business and IT – end to end (from conceptual to implementation stage)
