As part of the Retail Engineering team, I have worked on various projects to scale the multi-tenant retail suit horizontally and support onboarding of Retailers who can procure inventory from the Vendors.- Worked on the Retail suit with CQRS architectural pattern at its core and workflow based central Orchestrator for execution of Business Workflows by orchestrating across multiple micro-services.- Designed and implemented various bulk actions in an extensible manner which can help retailers perform all the actions for the procurement lifecycle in bulk- Designed and implemented a real time stream processing pipeline to process the Change Data from the transactional store and store it in the secondary store making it available to consume for real-time OLTP use cases and also publish it to the data warehouse for OLAP use cases- Designed and implemented the backend of an on-call tool which uses the scatter gather pattern to scatter the requests to multiple cross team microservices and gather the responses from all of them to build a complete end to end view for an entity integrated with a rule engine which has helped in identifying the root cause of the issue within few seconds and assign it to the appropriate team's bucket- Designed and implemented a complex capability cross team in the existing receiving of goods workflow from Vendor to Warehouse which helps operations to perform any modifications to the receiving item quantities through out the entire workflow in an automated fashion- Actively involved in reviewing design artifacts, code reviews, collaborating with Product and Engineering Managers across teams right from the Requirement phase to High level Product Solutioning and Design to implementation phase to delivering the end product to the users- Actively providing structured mentorship to the juniors and contributing in People Hiring Technologies used: Java, Spring, Dropwizard, Google Guice, Elastic Search, Kafka, Mysql, Linux, Python, Debezium
