As the web director I proposed the development strategy, directed the work of the web department, coordinated and monitored the activities of the web team, analyzed site traffic, and assessed generated revenue. I established an action plan in collaboration with relevant department directors based on achieved results. Considering operational needs, available resources, and industry standards, I developed, recommended, and implemented the organizational structure, policies, and procedures for web-related activities within the company, including interactions with clients, organizations, and investors. I guided, supervised, and participated in the preparation and presentation of regular and special reports crucial for the portal's activities and requirements. I planned budgets, prepared business plans, and controlled costs. I regularly monitored and was accountable for website traffic. I conducted personnel selection in the department and monitored their development, evaluated their contributions, and recommended appropriate measures — from necessary training and motivational packages to termination of collaboration.
