Caring for children and their families has been a great blessing in my life. Each day my patients amaze me with their curiosity, joy, resilience, strength, and energy. I have cared for and learned from children in many capacities: as a camp counselor, preschool teacher, babysitter, mother, and pediatrician. As a Boston native, I completed my undergraduate studies in Massachusetts, later moving to Rochester MN to complete my MD at Mayo Medical School. I moved back to Boston to complete my residency and to raise my own family. Today, I have a young, active family that I enjoy in my private life and a career that provides new opportunities and challenges each day. I feel honored that I am able to combine my love for children with my interest in science and medicine in my daily practice of pediatric medicine. My work with my patients and their families is a wonderful experience, particularly as a member of the Hyde Park Pediatrics family.
