Shares leadership of a Best Buy store with the General Manager and other Assistant Managers, focusing on store profitability. Responsible for all of the major special order areas of the store, including kitchen/bath, appliances, plumbing, flooring, window treatments, doors/windows and the pro contractor desk. Coach and train sales team on complete selling, and closing sales. Ensure proper visual merchandising and inventory levels. Negotiated with vendors in customer satisfaction situations.
