Assisted director during post production workflow of feature film “MAPPLETHORPE.” Gathered release forms for additional on set pick up shoots. Created template end screen credits for final director's cut of Mapplethorpe. Conducted research and pulled archival material for film use. Set up AVID project, digitized hi8 tapes, mini dv tapes and helped maintain bin organization. Coordinated with producers, editor, assistant editor and other high-level crew members to gather and deliver material to proper personnel. Logged, translated and transcribed over 100 hours of footage from Spanish to English for a 10-hour documentary series called “JUNGLETOWN (Season 1)”, shot primarily in Panama. Ensured that producers had the necessary materials prior to any task such as creating string outs, selecting scenes, constructing franken bites and locating usable b-roll. Pulled and prepped sequences for output/ exports for transcriptions. Took over deliverables associate producer’s workflow and worked closely with the executive producer and post production supervisor to prepare international packages for all 10 episodes and wrap the show.
