My name is Brian Karcher. I currently hold a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University and I am currently employed with IKM Inc. as a Project Architect. A brief summary of myself is that I am an innovative thinker who creatively finds solutions for a better quality design, while using technical skills through each design process. I have successfully worked on a collaborative design project, organizing teamwork strategies and goals. I am determined to continuously improve my skills and assist others doing the same. I have a motivated work ethic with leadership driven to enhance work-flow and surpass company goals effectively, along with a desire to create a positive and efficient atmosphere. My goals throughout my career are to create more livable environments in all project scales, with a focus of sustainability, community, social connectivity and innovative design solutions. I believe that architecture can be extremely influential and if done right, can help move society in the right direction.
