Portsaid Group (Damietta And Portsaid Branches)

- Responsible for the service and portfolio development via setting effective action plans to achieve portfolio targets, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients,allowing for better understanding of their banking needs and enabling the generation of new business from referrals and the achievement of the portfolio.-Initiate business through regular market calls/visits.Create opportunities for acquiring new customers from different potential sources. -Prepare a periodic plan for Acquisition process &handle the overall fulfillment of the process.-Cross-sell all types of E-payment products,POS,QR and E Commerce packages and all appropriate banking products and services suited for of needs.-Responsible for acquiring business and achieving the assigned targets and support the branches in target achievement Capturing new opportunities and Follow up the achievement of target per Group.-Promote, in coordination with the Group Branches,the offers to the targeted clients and support the Network to achieve targets.-Conduct a visit to the eligible merchant to offer the POS, QR and E-commerce services and packages and Receive their request and completing the files by submitting the tickets on the workflow tool and work on completing the process till providing the POS machines.-Reach out to customer leads through constant calls and visits, and wok on developing positive business relationships to create opportunities through referrals and connections.-Ensure that new markets is approached to exploit market opportunities and enhance market share.- Conduct follow up visits to Merchants in coordination with network representatives in order to support in providing advices and any required information, as to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction and maximize QNB ALAHLI's profitability.- Follow up on any missing requirements,or documents, and handle merchant's charge backs, complaints and attempt to solve it. and work on retaining merchants.
