• : Maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and related Telco equipment,• Manage data connectivity, VPN, software updates, system monitoring, security equipment and future growth.• Manage backup/restore and disaster recovery procedures in all environments• Plan and develop desktop/network resources;• Analyze and interprets existing LAN/WAN infrastructures: provides information, advice or instructions and assists in problem resolution• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.• Monitor network traffic for short and long term capacity planning• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.• Manage servers (i.e. active directory)• Participate in managing all network security solutions
