Three things I love about operations: the daily problems to solve, the people and the pace! I have an unconventional background for operations (I know) but if you think about it, it’s not that odd considering the things I love about ops. I spend my time working in collaboration with my peers or my team to solve day-to-day system issues, design solutions that will help serve our customers better in the long run or simply have the funniest GIF conversations on Microsoft Teams!The engineer in me is thrilled with solving problems and the former management consultant enjoys bringing continuous improvement ideas to the table. I am definitely result-oriented. Actually, in the last years and still today, I’m focusing a lot of my energy on metrics, SLAs and improving quality (both control and assurance).My mindset is on growth and I find learning opportunities to be very engaging. Throughout my career, I was always able to rise to the occasion and seize advancement opportunities. I’m especially proud to have progressed to a Sales Operations role. Being responsible for improving sales processes, leading marketing initiatives such as developing a website and an e-comm store was a big challenge for me and turned out to be a valuable experience. I’m fortunate and thrilled to currently lead such a diverse operations team. I find it incredibly gratifying to be able to play a role in someone's career. I mentor and I  coach my team members in a way that I was not able to get during university and in the earlier stages of my career. All the more interesting since I became the proud mother of a little girl (some of my team members are mothers as well and I can tell you that they help me a lot!). I can bring so much experience related to diversity to the table.One the other things I am passionate about aside from work and "mommying"? I play football (soccer)!! I've had the chance to play with the same team for more than 5 years now and I organized a league where I currently work. One of my bucket list items was to attend a world cup. I was lucky enough to go to BRAZIL in 2014. If you want to chat about football, don’t hesitate!
