I managed human resources, finances, and operation of this practice from start-up in 2015 to its sale in 2022. I oversaw the start-up of the practice including renovating the current location, selecting and funding capital equipment, and obtaining licensing for the new practice.

I managed the finances for the practice with focus on accounts payable, payroll, capital purchases, budgeting, and sales tax submission. We started the practice in 2005 and grew it into a six doctor practice with 35+ employees. We sold the practice in 2022 to a national corporation.

I worked as a research scientist for Kimberly-Clark in the Technical Paper and Absorbent Technologies divisions. I had the opportunities to conduct research in both lab and manufacturing settings through experiments and pilot trials. My Technical Paper team designed substrates for use in medical packaging. My Absorbent Technologies team designed absorbents for products such as Kotex and Pull-Ups.
