I orchestrated the growth and development turning small company into an industry leader in sales , marketing and service of timeshare and travel products. Title transfer service, travel planning, stellar customer service, product training and guidance, and client satisfaction guaranteed. This was achieved by selecting, training, structuring and guiding staff to drive hard, reach for the top, set goals , assess goals , and continually evolve to meet competitive industry challenges and continual growth.My skills as an organizer and leader were developed and perfected in the travel and hospitality, and restaurant industries. Creating a positive customer experience in a sensible and efficient manner is my forte.
